About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will work remotely in full-time capacity to evaluate and improve AI/LLM workflows. You will assess, rank, and QA model-generated responses, apply annotation guidelines compliance, and document reasoning to improve training data quality and support model performance improvement through RLHF and large language model evaluation.

You will complete prompt evaluation and response ranking tasks in both English and German, validate outputs for accuracy and safety, and provide concise rationales that can be used to refine datasets for RLHF. Pay And Work Setup

This is a remote, full-time role for candidates based in Germany. Compensation is $35–$40 USD per hour, depending on task complexity and quality outcomes, with expectations around consistent delivery, careful reasoning, and strong QA evaluation.
