What You Will Do

You will design, build, and ship AI-driven features that integrate ML models and LLMs into production applications. Typical work includes developing inference services, implementing prompt evaluation harnesses, partnering with data teams on data labeling specifications, running QA evaluation to measure accuracy and safety, and collaborating on RLHF workflows to improve response quality. You will own end-to-end delivery: experimentation, metrics, deployment, monitoring, and iterative model performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own AI application development from prototype to production, including APIs, batch pipelines, and real-time inference. Build and maintain LLM evaluation and prompt evaluation suites, including golden datasets and regression tests. Partner with data labeling and QA teams to define annotation guidelines, acceptance criteria, and training data quality checks. Implement model monitoring for drift, hallucination patterns, latency, and cost. Contribute to RLHF data collection, preference modeling experiments, and safety policy adherence. Document workflows and ensure reproducibility across environments.

Required Qualifications

Mid-to-senior experience building ML-enabled software products. Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow. Practical knowledge of NLP and/or computer vision, and how to evaluate models with offline metrics and human-in-the-loop QA evaluation. Experience deploying services with Docker and CI/CD; familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS is preferred. Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets, and collaborate on data labeling and named entity recognition tasks when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating LLMs (RAG, tools/function calling, embeddings, vector search). Familiarity with RLHF, preference data collection, and large language model evaluation methods. Experience with content safety labeling, policy enforcement, and red-teaming workflows. Exposure to MLOps practices such as feature stores, model registries, and observability for model performance improvement.
