About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will support AI/LLM workflows by evaluating, ranking, and validating model-generated outputs. Your work contributes directly to RLHF, training data quality, and model performance improvement by producing clear rationales, following annotation guidelines compliance, and applying content safety labeling when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct large language model evaluation by scoring and ranking model responses; perform RLHF-style preference judgments and prompt evaluation; execute QA evaluation to detect errors, policy issues, and inconsistency; write concise reasoning rationales to justify rankings and decisions; validate labeling outputs against annotation guidelines compliance and training data quality targets; review edge cases and apply content safety labeling where applicable; document findings and escalate recurring issues to improve model performance improvement.

Basic Qualifications

You must be based in Germany and authorized to work from Germany. Fluency in English and German (reading and writing) is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow annotation guidelines compliance are essential. You can evaluate complex information, compare alternatives, and write clear rationales for ranking decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in data labeling, QA evaluation, or annotation projects. Familiarity with LLM evaluation concepts (e.g., hallucinations, instruction following, safety, tone). Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time remote role. Pay is USD $35–$40 per hour, based on skills and assessment performance. Work involves structured evaluation tasks with quality checks and clear guidelines.
