About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI/LLM workflows by reviewing model-generated responses, ranking alternatives, and documenting reasoning. This role focuses on training data quality, large language model evaluation, and consistent annotation guidelines compliance to support model performance improvement. You will work remotely, full-time, with structured tasks and quality targets.

What You Will Do

You will perform prompt evaluation and LLM evaluation in both English and German, identify issues such as factuality gaps, unsafe content, and instruction-following failures, and apply clear labeling decisions. You will also complete QA evaluation steps, validate edge cases, and write concise rationales that make your judgments auditable and useful for RLHF and broader model training.

Compensation and Work Setup

Compensation is $35–$40/hour (USD), remote within Germany, full-time. You will follow defined processes for evaluation, ranking, validation, and quality review, with ongoing calibration to maintain training data quality and consistent results.
