About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI systems by assessing model-generated outputs across diverse domains. You will apply RLHF-style ranking and prompt evaluation, write clear rationales, and follow annotation guidelines compliance to produce high-quality training signals. Your work directly supports training data quality and large language model evaluation, enabling measurable model performance improvement.

What You Will Do

You will review prompts and model responses in German and English, compare alternatives, rank outputs, and document reasoning to support consistent evaluation. You will also perform QA evaluation and validation against annotation guidelines, flag content safety labeling issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of evaluation rubrics and training data quality checks.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in Germany. Compensation is $35–$40 USD per hour, based on performance, task complexity, and quality outcomes.

Success is measured by annotation guidelines compliance, accuracy of evaluation and ranking decisions, strength and consistency of written rationales, QA pass rates, validation outcomes, and overall contribution to training data quality and model performance improvement.
