About the Role

As a Germany-Based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI systems by assessing, ranking, and validating model-generated outputs. Your work directly supports RLHF pipelines, large language model evaluation, and training data quality improvements by applying consistent reasoning, writing clear rationales, and following strict annotation guidelines compliance. This is a remote, full-time role for candidates located in Germany with professional fluency in both German and English.

What You Will Do

You will complete prompt evaluation and response evaluation tasks, perform pairwise ranking and preference judgments, conduct QA evaluation of labeled data, and validate edge cases related to content safety labeling. You will document reasoning and provide concise rationales that help diagnose failure modes and enable model performance improvement.

How Success Is Measured

Success is measured by high agreement with project standards, consistent annotation guidelines compliance, strong QA accuracy, well-justified rankings and rationales, and reliable contributions to training data quality for large language model evaluation and RLHF.

Compensation

Pay is $35–$40 USD per hour, based on skills and task performance requirements. This role is remote and full-time.
