Key Responsibilities

• Label, tag, and segment text, images, audio, and video following detailed annotation guidelines. • Conduct RLHF pairwise rankings and prompt evaluation to assess response quality and safety. • Perform named entity recognition (NER), sentiment, and intent labeling for NLP datasets. • Execute computer vision annotation (bounding boxes, polygons, keypoints) and content safety labeling. • Complete QA evaluation, inter-annotator agreement checks, and error analyses to maintain training data quality. • Provide feedback to improve guidelines and model performance. • Track tasks, throughput, and quality metrics in Rex.zone’s labeling tools.

Required Qualifications (No Experience Needed)

• Familiarity with computers and web apps; we train you on annotation platforms. • Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail. • Reliable internet, laptop/desktop, and ability to follow annotation guidelines compliance. • English proficiency; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to meet throughput/quality targets and follow secure data handling practices.

Training and Tools Provided

You’ll receive onboarding, calibration tasks, and style guides for each project. Tools include LLM evaluation UIs for RLHF and prompt evaluation, taxonomy/tagging interfaces for NER, and computer vision annotation tools. We use quality gates, consensus reviews, and spot checks to ensure training data quality and model performance improvement.
