About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI/LLM workflows by assessing model-generated responses, ranking alternatives, and documenting reasoning. Your work directly supports RLHF, large language model evaluation, and training data quality—helping achieve measurable model performance improvement through consistent annotation guidelines compliance and careful QA evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate model-generated outputs for quality, correctness, and helpfulness across German and English • Rank responses and provide clear reasoning and written rationales to support RLHF • Perform QA evaluation, validation, and consistency checks to ensure training data quality • Apply annotation guidelines compliance and flag ambiguous cases with actionable notes • Conduct prompt evaluation and error analysis to identify systematic model issues and propose fixes • Review content safety labeling requirements and escalate policy or risk concerns when needed • Track task outcomes and contribute to iterative process improvements for model performance improvement

Basic Qualifications

• Must be based in Germany and eligible to work remotely from Germany • Fluent in German and English (reading, writing, and comprehension) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare alternatives and justify rankings • High attention to detail with consistent annotation guidelines compliance • Comfortable working with structured rubrics, QA processes, and validation steps • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet full-time scheduling expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with data labeling, QA evaluation, or training data quality workflows • Familiarity with LLM evaluation, RLHF, prompt evaluation, or model behavior testing • Experience writing concise, defensible rationales and handling edge cases • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Pay

Compensation is $35–$40 USD per hour, depending on experience and performance on task quality metrics.
