About the Role

As an AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI systems through RLHF-style tasks, large language model evaluation, and training data quality audits. You will review model-generated responses in English and German, apply annotation guidelines compliance, and provide rankings, validations, and reasoning to help teams deliver measurable model performance improvement.

What You Will Do

You will complete prompt evaluation and LLM evaluation workflows by comparing outputs, ranking alternatives, documenting rationales, and validating edge cases. You will also perform QA evaluation to ensure consistent data labeling, content safety labeling, and adherence to project-specific annotation guidelines.

How Success Is Measured

Success is measured by accuracy of evaluations, consistency of rankings, clarity of reasoning, annotation guidelines compliance, and overall impact on training data quality and model performance improvement across large language model evaluation programs.

Working Model

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in Germany. You will collaborate asynchronously with cross-functional teams, follow defined annotation guidelines, and participate in calibration sessions to maintain high-quality evaluation standards.
