About This Role
A Human Resource Generalist manages the employee lifecycle—talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, multi-state payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. In AI/ML organizations, HR generalists also support specialized teams that power model development pipelines (e.g., RLHF programs, data labeling, prompt evaluation, and content safety labeling). This means coordinating high-volume recruiting, shift scheduling, compliance training, and compensation frameworks for distributed contributors while maintaining training data quality, annotation guidelines compliance, and workforce well-being.
