About the Role

You will support industrial robotics deployments for Peru-based manufacturing and automation programs while working remotely with cross-functional engineering teams. The job centers on robot programming (teach pendant and offline programming), cell commissioning, PLC/robot handshake logic, safety system validation, and production support. You will document robot work instructions, refine cycle-time performance, troubleshoot faults, and contribute to standardization across robot cells (welding, palletizing, pick-and-place, machine tending, and inspection).

Key Responsibilities

You will deliver robot programs and commissioning plans, validate I/O and fieldbus mappings, implement safe motion and interlocks, and help ensure training and documentation readiness for handoff. You will run digital commissioning or robot simulation for reach studies and collision checks, support end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) integration, coordinate with controls/PLC engineers on sequences, and perform root-cause analysis for downtime issues using logs, alarms, and production data.

Required Qualifications

Mid-senior engineering background in industrial robotics or automation, experience with robot programming and troubleshooting, understanding of PLC integration and industrial I/O, and familiarity with robot safety concepts and risk assessment practices.
