About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI systems by reviewing, ranking, and validating model-generated outputs. Your work supports RLHF, large language model evaluation, and training data quality initiatives by applying annotation guidelines compliance, writing clear rationales, and performing QA evaluation to reduce errors and improve model behavior. What You Will Do

You will complete structured evaluation tasks across English and German prompts, compare multiple candidate responses, and provide reasoning-focused feedback. You will apply content safety labeling when required, follow detailed annotation guidelines, and validate edge cases to ensure training data quality and consistent labeling outcomes for model performance improvement.

Pay And Schedule

Compensation is $35–$40 USD per hour. This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Germany.
