About the Role

You will build and improve robotics software and system integrations across perception, localization, planning, and control. The work includes implementing ROS nodes, integrating sensors (e.g., cameras, LiDAR, IMU), developing motion planning and navigation behaviors, and validating performance in simulation and on hardware. You will partner with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver stable releases, track field issues, and continuously improve autonomy and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robotics software components using ROS/ROS2, C++, and Python Develop and tune perception and localization pipelines (e.g., SLAM, sensor fusion, calibration) Implement motion planning and control logic for reliable navigation and task execution Build simulation workflows (Gazebo/Isaac/other) and support simulation-to-real validation Integrate sensors and actuators; define interfaces, message schemas, and timing constraints Create test plans and automated regression tests to ensure stability across releases Debug field and production issues using logs, metrics, and reproducible scenarios Document architecture, configuration, and operating procedures for engineering handoff

Required Qualifications
