Robotics Jobs Curitiba

Date: 25-02-2026 | Company: Rexzone | Country: US | Remote Type: Remote | Employment Type: FULL_TIME | Experience Level: Mid-Senior | Industry: Technology | Job Function: Engineering | Skills: Robotics, ROS2, C++, Python, Motion Planning, Control Systems, SLAM, Sensor Fusion, Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Computer Vision, Linux | Salary Currency: USD | Salary Min: 63360 | Salary Max: 126720 | Pay Period: YEAR

About the Role

You will build and improve robotics capabilities across autonomy, perception, planning, and control for production and pilot deployments. Work includes ROS/ROS2 nodes and middleware integration, simulation-based development (Gazebo/Isaac Sim), SLAM and localization tuning, sensor fusion pipelines (LiDAR/IMU/cameras), and motion planning for mobile robots or manipulators. You will define interfaces, write robust C++/Python components, and implement verification workflows (unit/integration tests, bag replay, HIL/SIL) to ensure safe, repeatable behavior in real environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver robotics software features end to end, from requirements and architecture to testing and release; implement ROS2 packages, message definitions, and launch systems aligned with deployment constraints; design and tune control loops and state estimation (EKF/UKF) for stable motion; improve perception pipelines with CV and sensor fusion for reliable obstacle detection and tracking; build simulation scenarios and evaluation metrics for sim-to-real transfer and regression testing; investigate field issues via logs/rosbags, reproduce defects, and ship validated fixes; maintain documentation, coding standards, and code review quality to support long-term maintainability.

Required Qualifications

Mid-Senior experience in robotics software engineering or autonomy; strong C++ and Python in Linux environments; hands-on ROS/ROS2 development including tf2, nav stacks, lifecycle nodes, and real-time considerations; applied understanding of robotics fundamentals: kinematics, dynamics, control theory, and planning; experience with SLAM/localization, sensor calibration, and data-driven debugging using logs/rosbags; ability to design tests and quality gates that prevent regressions in robot behavior.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MoveIt/Manipulation, Nav2, Behavior Trees, or custom planners; familiarity with simulation frameworks (Gazebo, Isaac Sim) and domain randomization; knowledge of perception stacks using OpenCV, point cloud processing, and deep learning inference optimization; experience with safety, reliability engineering, and fault handling in robotics; exposure to cloud robotics workflows, CI/CD for robotics, and containerized deployments.

Tools and Tech Stack

ROS2, C++, Python, Linux, Git, Docker, Gazebo or Isaac Sim, OpenCV, Eigen, PCL, SLAM/localization toolkits, CI pipelines, telemetry/logging, and structured testing frameworks for SIL/HIL validation.
