About the Role

As a Germany-based English & German AI Generalist Trainer at Rexzone, you will evaluate and improve AI systems by assessing, ranking, and validating model-generated outputs across real-world tasks. Your work directly supports large language model evaluation, RLHF-aligned feedback loops, and training data quality initiatives, with a focus on annotation guidelines compliance and consistent QA evaluation.

What You Will Do

You will review prompts and responses, apply rubrics and annotation guidelines, rank outputs, provide reasoning-based rationales, validate edge cases, and perform QA checks to ensure training data quality. You will also flag unsafe or non-compliant content for content safety labeling and help improve model performance improvement efforts through accurate, bilingual (English/German) evaluation.

Requirements

You must be based in Germany and be fluent in English and German. You should be comfortable with analytical evaluation, attention to detail, and structured decision-making. Prior experience with data labeling, LLM evaluation, prompt evaluation, or QA evaluation is helpful but not required if you can demonstrate strong reasoning and annotation guidelines compliance.

Compensation and Schedule

This is a full-time, remote role with hourly compensation of $35–$40 USD per hour, depending on skills and performance. Work is performed remotely from Germany and requires consistent availability and high-quality output aligned to training data quality standards.
