Own end-to-end STEM curriculum development for Brazil-aligned programs, including scope and sequence, lesson plans, labs, and capstone projects. Build assessment design artifacts including rubrics, item banks, mastery checks, and performance tasks. Deliver or support live and asynchronous instruction, including facilitation guides and training for instructors. Use learning analytics to track engagement, completion, and mastery, then propose content iterations for measurable improvement. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate content into LMS workflows, including content formatting, tagging, and version control. Ensure accessibility, inclusion, and clear pedagogy across materials for varied learner levels. Align content to recognized standards frameworks where applicable and document alignment rationale.
