About the Role

You will plan and deliver STEM learning experiences aligned to clear outcomes and standards while collaborating with product, engineering, and education operations teams. You will create lesson plans, projects, and assessments, review content for accuracy and pedagogy, and use learner data to iterate on curriculum. You will also evaluate AI-assisted educational content using rubrics and QA checklists, including prompt evaluation for tutoring workflows, and structured labeling of learner responses or content artifacts to support training data quality and model performance improvement for LLM-enabled learning tools on Rex.zone.

Key Responsibilities

Design STEM curriculum modules and lesson sequences for coding, robotics, math, and science; deliver live classes or produce asynchronous instructional content; create quizzes, rubrics, project-based assessments, and answer keys; perform content QA for factual correctness, clarity, accessibility, and age-appropriateness; run rubric-based evaluation of learner work and instructional content; conduct prompt evaluation for AI tutoring prompts and responses to improve safety, helpfulness, and pedagogical alignment; maintain annotation guidelines compliance when labeling educational data, including topic tags, difficulty levels, misconceptions, and step-by-step reasoning quality; collaborate with engineering and product on LMS tooling, content pipelines, and learning analytics; contribute to continuous improvement using feedback loops, A/B testing where applicable, and model performance improvement metrics.

Required Qualifications

Mid-senior experience in STEM teaching, curriculum design, instructional design, or education technology; strong foundation in at least one STEM domain (computer science, math, physics, chemistry, biology, electronics, robotics); ability to translate concepts into clear explanations and scaffolded practice; experience writing assessments and rubrics with measurable learning objectives; familiarity with LMS platforms and digital content workflows; strong QA mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
