About the Role
Entry-level HR Generalists are the backbone of people operations. You coordinate hiring pipelines, run smooth new-hire onboarding, steward HRIS data accuracy, and respond to employee questions on benefits, payroll, and policy. In AI-first organizations (AI labs, tech startups, BPOs, and annotation vendors), you’ll help scale teams for RLHF projects, data labeling programs, prompt evaluation, named entity recognition, computer vision annotation, and content safety labeling. Success in entry level hr generalist jobs means balancing operational precision with empathy, confidentiality, and compliance. You’ll partner with recruiters, finance, legal, and team leads to ensure the employee lifecycle—attract, hire, onboard, develop, and offboard—is compliant, efficient, and positive across remote, hybrid, and on-site settings.
