About the Role
As a Remote Human Resources Generalist, you operate across the full HR lifecycle—talent sourcing, structured interviews, remote onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, policy documentation, and employee relations—while supporting specialized teams building AI systems. You will partner with operations leaders running RLHF programs, data labeling hubs, content safety moderation, and QA evaluation to ensure staffing continuity, annotation guidelines compliance, and engagement for globally distributed contributors. Success requires strong HR fundamentals plus fluency with remote collaboration, HRIS/ATS stacks, labor law basics across multiple jurisdictions, and data-informed People Ops.
