About the Role
Remote scheduling jobs focus on end-to-end calendar coordination, resource allocation, and shift planning for distributed operations. In AI/ML production contexts, schedulers ensure that annotation capacity matches dataset timelines, QA slots align with model evaluation windows, and stakeholders across engineering, research, and vendor teams can meet reliably. You will manage appointment requests, create conflict-free schedules, and optimize time blocks for productivity and SLA compliance. This role blends administrative excellence with operations analytics—monitoring no-show rates, rebooking speed, and queue throughput—so RLHF training sessions, content safety reviews, and NLP or computer vision labeling runs stay on track and meet deadlines.
