About the Role
As a remote Customer Success professional on Rex.zone, you own the post-sale relationship and ensure value realization across enterprise and SMB accounts. You build success plans, orchestrate onboarding playbooks, conduct QBRs, and manage renewal and expansion motions. In AI/ML contexts, you translate customer objectives—improved model accuracy, faster data pipelines, reduced labeling costs—into measurable KPIs such as training data quality, time-to-value, product adoption, and net retention. You coordinate with support, solutions engineering, and labeling teams to resolve issues fast, align feature requests with roadmaps, and maintain a consistent voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
